PRODUCTION TYPE
Modular Construction with GALVANIZED trapezoidal sectioned demountable metal sheet body is de-mountable.
Type-1 Containers are manufactured with the sizes of 2.40X6.00X2.60 m and
Type-2 Containers are manufactured with the sizes of size of 3.00x7.00x2.60 m.
Apprx.weight of containers for
Type-1 is 2.40X6.00:1500 kg, and
Type-2 is 3.00x7.00:2500 kg. All materials certificated by TSE.

DOOR JOINERIES:
External Doors (2 mm thick DKP steel sheet framed: 800/1950 mm insulated steel sheet door (outer size).Expanded polystrene (0,50 mm thick) foam insulation in between galvanized steel sheets, Leaf thickness :45 mm. Special formed door frames with rubber gasket.
Internal Doors (2 mm DKP steel sheet framed) : 800/1950 mm Mdf-slide Press door (outer size), Leaf thickness :42 mm
Wet Volume Doors (2 mm thick DKP steel sheet framed ) : 700x1950 mm mdf-slide (outer size), Leaf thickness :42 mm
Door Lock and Handle : External doors have cylindirical ,internal doors have encased locks with grey coloured metal door handles.

Outer Corners : 1 layer rapid primer + 1 layer semi- synthetic oily based paint – will be applied with special membraned dust painting tools.
BELT COLORS : RAL 5022 DARK BLUE . Other metal parts (base plate(chassis),bearing construction ): 1 layer rapid Primer

LIFTING SYSTEM:
The loading and unloading facility shall be made by connecting the steel ropes lying in the same interval to the iron Lifting eyes mounted hiddenly on the corners, to the lockers.If required the containers shall be two or multi-storied. The transport system of all containers will be organized by concerning that specification.

ELECTRICAL AND PHONE INSTALLATION (Over the plaster)
The cables are HES brand, for the fuses Siemens automates are used. For the sockets cables of 2 X 2.5, lighting 2 X 1.5 are used. The keys and sockets are VIKO brand. In each room, there is one key, one socket and one telephone socket.
OPTINAL: Split air conditioning installation will be made at the container.
SANITARY INSTALLATION:
İnstallations will be given but not be installed. İnstallation is customers responsibility.
